Terms and conditions

• The rooms can only be booked for a minimum of two nights. Sometimes an exception can be made. Please contact Beatrijs Stemerding: info@hannapenso.nl
  
• Breakfast is not served. You can make breakfast yourself in the room. Ingredients are available and are included in the price.
  
• There is no smoking in the rooms or in the corridor.
  
• No pets allowed.
  
• The room price is € 110,- per night, € 700,- per week including breakfast and taxes.
  
• Checking in is from 15:00.
  
• Checking out is by 11:00.
  
• Unfortunately, placing a third bed is not possible. However, we do have a small bed available for children up until the age of 4.
• Cancellation:
  I hope you can understand that a small business such as Hanna Penso is extra vulnerable for (late) cancellations. That is why we apply the following rules: If you cancel more than a week in advance, there will be no charge. If you cancel between one week and 48 hours before the reserved date, we will charge 50%. If you cancel less than 48 hours ahead, we must charge the full amount.
  Note: A smaller charge, or no charge at all, is payable if we can still rent out your cancelled room to someone else for the entire or part of the time period for which you made your reservation.
